The gentleman who contacted me and came out to give me a estimate was very nice and accomadating. However, I was not satisfied with the job. Before they left I looked at the windows and realized the screens had been put back dirty (cobwebs even bird mess). When I asked about it I was told I had not contracted for cleaning the screens. Who puts filthy screens on clean windows? Why wasn't I asked about cleaning screens? The next morning when the sun was shining on the windows, I observed stricks on some of them. We were very sorry and surprised to read that the customer wasnt 100% satisfied with our work. Eco-Green Office Cleaning Services believes in good customer service, and we want each and every customer to walk away happy. Before leaving the home, we conducted a walk through with the customer and she was satisfied with the window cleaning. We vacuumed parts of the house to ensure we left the property in good condition. She did mention cleaning the screens upon completion of the job. This is an additional service that wasnt included in our agreement, but I was willing to go back (for free) and clean the screens she was concerned about. However, she said not to worry about it. We offer a 100% guarantee on all our work, which is included in our agreement. The window cleaning took place on a cloudy day. If she noticed a couple of streaks the next day when the sun was shining, we would have happily returned and fixed the problem. However, we were never contacted. Communication is very important and I wish she would had called us to resolve any issues. We stand by our guarantee and quality of work and have many happy clients. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our rates vary greatly depending on the square footage of the office space, how dirty the space is, the frequency of the services requested, and what type of services are needed. However we are very competitive in terms of cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are constantly learning about new trends in our industry. We always experiment with different eco friendly cleaning solutions and equipment. We carry a membership with a Janitorial organization that keeps us up to date on many different facets of the industry. We must stay relevant to succeed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My mother owned a cleaning service many years ago and as a youngster we always cleaned offices. Cleaning is something that many companies don't have the time or desire to do. Therefore in a tough economy this line of work would always be in demand.
