Silvana was an absolute dream. She has great energy and was perfectly prepared to provide the type of class we requested. We had a few pregnant ladies. Silvana was ready to assist and provide modifications as needed.
I would totally book a private class Silvana again. And I will if I’m ever back in the area and need one. She was a true delight!

I had a really great experience with her. I did a leadership retreat and had her come out for a private session for about 20 of us on the beach for an hour. Would absolutely recommend. She was polite, professional, and fun. My team loved her
