I have to say, I dont normally leave reviews but Skyler has really been nothing short of a lifesaver for me. He has fixed virtually every single tech problem Ive had with my phone, printers, internet, you name it. I hope he never quits or Ill be doomed. Im excited for him and this new location hes opened.

Had a great experience with Aura Tech. Skyler was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. He didnt try to upsell me or use a bunch of technical jargonjust honest advice and quality work. My issue was resolved quickly, pricing was fair, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Its great having a local business you can trust for tech support. Amazing.Came in with a bent in corner on my laptop, was told no promises on the fix because of requiring the bending of a piece, and executed to perfection. Couldnt have asked for a better result and speed, it was finished within 20 minutes.10/10

Colton and Scholar were excellent all around! Their customer service number was easy to use. They frequently called to update me on the status of my computer and fixed not only my bluetooth being missing, but adding a four digit pin. The store is easy to locate and these two are excellent. Would absolutely come there again.
