Gary S. says, "Lawrence, the plumbing tech fixed our water line leak and stopped up drain. He was also an even keeled pleasant personality. It was late when he finished (around 6:30pm I believe) and he still had to go finish another job. This made me think some negative things about the company itself and stressing out its staff. We did have to cleanup after he finished and we weren’t asked to remove items from the cabinet he was cleaning out the drain in which added to the cleanup. I will say he traveled a long way, fixed our plumbing issues, was courteous, and still wasn’t finished working for the day so I’m not mad at the cleanup we did. I would imagine he was weary and may have overlooked it."See more
