We renovated our master bathroom with Rui Da Silva preparing and installing 12x12 porcelain tile flooring, 6x6 wall tile & border, mosaic tile accent wall, and a 2x2 marble tile tub surround. His work was excellent - quality and attention to detail made all the difference. He was neat and clean throughout the process, protecting existing finishes, & cleaning the jobsite daily. His pricing was upfront and accurate - exactly as he quoted. He went the extra mile each day and we will hire him again. Thanks

I appreciate the fact that Rui strives to provide exceptional work above and beyond what is expected for a reasonable price. Not only did he replace our gutters, install leaf guards and wrap the fascia board, but he identified weaknesses in the structure of our screened porch and improperly installed boots that could lead to roof leaks. Rui is thorough to the point of wiping barely visible fingerprints from the new gutters and left his workspace clean and free of leftover debris. Rui definitely has the homeowner's best interest at heart and provides an honest and straightforward analysis of the work that needs to be done.

Rui did a great job with tile, painting and trim work. Would recommend him highly. He custom made a bath room for my wife with MS. He also painted and did plumbing upstairs along with Sheetrock work. Good job on all very satisfied.
