Look for experience! How long have they been in business? What certifications do they have? What are their areas of expertise? Do they/Can they give you references? Insured? How much? How does safety play a role in their business? Have they lost contracts for bad performance in the past?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is no job too big or too small for us - we value all of our customers and partnerships. We seem to be known only for bigger, commercial installs/maintenance since we're seen working on them so much in our communities we serve. However, we serve a large number of residential and apartment communities that aren't seen or as visible as others!
