- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our services are flat fee - no hidden costs and accurate so you know exactly what to expect. We offer discounts to teachers and active military service personnel that are able to show proper ID.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by listening carefully to their issue or project needs. We then schedule a convenient time for an in-person visit or consultation. During the visit, we assess the problem or scope of work, explain the recommended solutions, and provide a clear, upfront estimate. Once approved, we proceed with the work using quality materials and professional workmanship. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication and ensure the customer is satisfied with the results. We also offer follow-up support if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re a proud family-owned business with plumbing in our blood. Both father and son are licensed Master Plumbers in the state of Virginia, with decades of combined hands-on experience. Our training began with formal apprenticeships and continued through years of real-world work on everything from simple repairs to complex plumbing systems. Staying current with Virginia codes, safety practices, and the latest industry innovations is a priority for us — because we take pride in doing the job right for every customer.
