The Best Appliciance Repair called back just five minutes after I sent my inquiry. Panah was willing to come to inspect our laundry washing machine later that day, on a Saturday, but I made an appointment for Monday. We set a relatively wide time window when he would come on Monday, but he was responsive to texts when I let him know I would be in meetings. (I work from home.) He came right when a meeting ended at 2:30 p.m. After inspecting the machine, he determined the intake pump valve needed to be replaced. He had some pumps in his car, but not this specific one, so he ordered the part and said he would come back as soon as it came in. Sure, he called the next day when the part came in, and was able to come over right away. Our laundry washing machine works like new again. If you want appliances _very_ punctually repaired, give The Best Appliance Repair your business.
