POLICY 1: The diagnostic fee for a stacked unit is different than the diagnostic fee for a side-by-side unit
POLICY 2: Weekends, Holidays and after-hours fees may apply
POLICY 3: Electrical parts are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned. Other parts are guaranteed for 2 months. In case of problems with the replaced parts within 2 months, we DON'T charge for the part and labor, only charge a service fee
POLICY 4: Telephone Consultation and Assessment services are not available.
POLICY 5: If urgent service is required, an additional fee may apply.

Elshad is a fantastic repairman! He responded very quickly, was able to come out same day, diagnosed the problem with the freezer immediately, and conducted the repair quickly. I will definitely call him in the future for any appliance repair.
