- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have our set pricing, but like to treat every event with a one size fits one model. This means our team will hear out your event vision and provide you creative solutions for your final quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is a must! Before you choose our team to provide services for your event, we want to walk through your vision. This will allow us to mold our offerings to you and provide you a full quote up front with no hidden costs. Once we have been selected, we will be in touch regularly. This ensures our client's we are the last part of their puzzle they need to worry about day-of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kady has a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Events Management and received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in January 2019. She has been working in the hospitality industry since 2012 through a variety of outlets including: catering sales and operations, social and corporate event planning and association management. Kady's main scope is partnering with events that have between 50-300 guests, but has offered her services to events of up to 5,000 attendees. This allows her to have a well-rounded view of any event Highball is able to partner with and ensures our clients we've got them covered!
