FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have grown up in the flooring industry as my father runs a ceramic tile installation company of 30 years here in the northern Virginia area. I realized that with routine maintenance you will keep your floors looking new all the time and keep them from ever being ruined. I realized that you can't clean your floor the way that I can and that you need a person that you can trust to perform your work in a honest manor.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Pan-America was called to clean some areas for Clyde's steakhouse which were extremely dirty. The worst area was a flight of 21 stairs which were greasy and "ruined". We cleaned the stairs and saved them thousands of dollars in labor and parts to replace the stair treads.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who's passion is cleaning, someone that is loyal, honest, respectful, after all it is your home. You need to feel safe and realize that some people do not do the complete job or do the job correctly. Look for someone who uses the latest technology and is trained in the service provided.
