KCSI Construction is my go to company. I bought a ‘fixer upper’ over 3 years ago and have used KCSI for roofing, siding, gutters – anything I can throw at them. I can always count on the team at KCSI to get my job done quickly and professionally with outstanding results. They have solved problems where others failed and I will continue to use them for all my home improvement needs. Thank you KCSI for adding value and beauty to my home!

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When choosing a residential exteriors remodeling company you should always ensure the following criterion are met: • Make sure the contractor provides you with a Business Name and Address. There are still “traveling” contractors out there so beware. • Confirm the Contractors Experience: Proof of certified training and experience, and the length of time in business are important in determining a contractors ability to complete your project. • Licensing and Insurance: Always check to make sure your contractor has the appropriate licensing (class A preferred) and insurance. A contractor should carry worker's compensation, general liability insurance, and commercial auto. Request the name and address of the insurance carrier, along with a copy of the company's insurance certificate. Beware of low bids which are a result of incomplete insurance coverage and workman's compensation. • Professional References: When possible talk to someone who has used their service in the past.
