- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We off a 10% discount for military personnel as a thank you for their service. In addition, we currently have a Spring promotion offering $250.00 off any project over $2,000.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about the project and scheduling an on-site visit if needed. After assessing the job, we provide clear, upfront estimates and review the options with you before any work begins. Once approved, we schedule the work at a convenient time and complete the job safely and efficiently, testing before we leave and is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.

We work with a wide range of residential and commercial customers, including homeowners, landlords, property managers, and business owners. Our projects range from small electrical repairs and troubleshooting to full installations and upgrades.
