Introduction: I became a trainer to help people so I strive to do my best to transform people's lives. I spend my free time watching videos and reading articles pretaining to health and fitness to always further my knowledge and improve my abilities as a trainer. I enjoy interacting with clients and learning their stories regarding their fitness journey while helping them be the best version of themselves. I believe every client is different and it makes the job challenging but always rewarding!

The moment I met up with Umar, he was friendly and professional. I had some specific goals in mind but had no idea how to get there. I feel that Umar was able to personalize a training program that realistically guided me toward my goals.He also made it very convenient for me. He met with me at my home for approximately an hour and helped me find ways to use items in my home and in the gym. I feel so much stronger and healthier since seeing Umar!

I was unsure about getting a trainer at first, but my experience with Umar changed my outlook forever on fitness and trainers. He really made the training experience feel "personal" guided me through every step of the way and was more than helpful. With his guidance I was able to lose 25 lbs while still being able to enjoy doing the things I love. I'm a changed woman and feel refreshed and cofident about who I am now. Umar's dieting advice really gave me a detailed routine on what to eat and when. I'm excited to see where I will go with my body next and am glad to have Umar as my trainer.

I have trained with Umar. I had to meet some requirement for police exams. He provided some personal training advice on helping me pass my Parks Police Exam and Deputy Sheriff Exam. Knowledgeable, dedicated, goals oriented with great motivational trainer. I wouldn’t mind recommend him to anyone, since he was able to help me reach my goals plus get me in shape. It took about a month to actually see the difference in muscle tone.

I had an awesome time through Umar's training. Umar was able to teach me a lot about my own body and my workout habits. He showed me the significance of cardio training along with strength training. Umar is also very knowledgable of the difference muscle groups. In particular, my squat form drasticaly improved after receiving pointers from Umar. I highly recommend training with Umar

Umar was very understanding of my fitness needs. He was also very kind and helped me to realize the importance of fitness in my life . Also he encouraged my throught the entire work-out not pushing me too hard but helped motivate me to continue when I felt that I couldent go any longer. Very upbeat and pleasant had a smile the entire time and never once made me feel like my questions or concerns were unimportant. He also helped me to set realistic goals for my fitness and developed a plan to achieve them. All in all I am very pleased that I chose his personal training I would highly recomend him to anyone serious about making a change to their mind body and soul.

    I've always been active most of my life playing sports and being dedicated to working out, I knew that becoming a trainer I would be able to share my love for fitness with others.
