Updating this review: After the negative experience with the initial tech who came out- the manager of the company contacted me and provided the best customer service and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send a new tech out the next day. The new tech they sent today was very nice and not only fully resolved the issue with our garbage disposal, he took the time to explain what was going on and what caused the issue. Then I asked him if that was causing this new issue we were having with our dishwasher not working and he actually took the time to look at our dishwasher and ensured that it worked properly and after fixing the clog with the garbage disposal pipe, our dishwasher started working properly again and he stuck around to ensure that all of these appliances worked properly. The manager then followed up with me after the service to ensure that everything was working and the work was to our satisfaction, which spoke volumes! Thank you so much again for your efficiency and quality customer service!
