This review is probably long overdue, but I wanted to make sure my floor passed the test of time before writing a review. Install Pros (Steve Hsu) in particular, installed a small porcelain tile kitchen floor into my newly purchased condo. During the bidding process, Steve was response and always available. Due to my work schedule, I could only meet him on weekday evenings. This was not a problem for him and his customer service was excellent. His quote was comprehensive and at a fair price. Once I purchased the necessary material, his team got to work right away. I was out of town during the install, but Steve was nice enough to take pictures of the completed job and text them to me. This was not expected, but certainly appreciated. After 8 months, the floor still looks and feels great. I'll give Steve a call when my wife decides to put hardwood flooring in throughout the condo. Nice work.

The work: Our installation consisted of a 2nd floor anteroom/foyer/balcony and the adjacent stairs and landing leading to the first floor. The job was done installing Bruce hardwood for the flooring, with custom-stained stair treads and white risers. What went well: The overall precision of the work was very impressive. The cuts are clean and sharp, the joints are tight, with little gapping throughout the job. There are no squeaks or creaks. Additionally, the crew worked with speed and purpose. There was no wasted time and they worked a full 12 hour day. The installation was completed in one visit.

Work was completed on time and on budget. There was good communication between us and the company, we were told exactly what our money will be getting and the price was fair. Especially for the complicated finger joining to our old flooring. The workers were competent and respectful. I would recommend install pros to a friend!
