At Curb Appeal Exterior, our pricing is always transparent and built to give homeowners long-lasting value—not surprise fees. Since we focus on full exterior replacements (for roofing, siding & gutters), every proposal is custom-built around the exact materials, installation standards, and warranty options that fit your home. We don’t believe in high-pressure sales or gimmicks. Instead, we provide clear, itemized proposals, explain all options during your first & contract review meeting, and honor our pricing for the duration of your lead time until install day. We also offer seasonal promotions and bundle savings when multiple exterior components are replaced together. There are no hidden fees, no trip charges, and no added costs unless you request a change in scope—everything is discussed upfront so you can feel confident in both the product, the investment and ultimately Curb Appeal Exterior as your chosen exterior home remodeler!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple and transparent from start to finish. First, we schedule an on-site consultation to learn about your goals and inspect the exterior of your home (we don’t book after 5 PM so we can see everything clearly). During this visit, we review product options, show samples, discuss warranties, and take detailed measurements—this ensures your proposal is accurate and tailored to your home. Last but not least, we take the time to educate you to make sure and leave a feeling of wholeness behind as we get ready to work on your project proposal. Within 24–48 hours, we book a proposal review appointment to deliver a clear, itemized proposal and walk you through the details so you understand materials, installation methods, and timelines. We never pressure anyone to sign on the spot—your comfort and confidence come first, this meeting is to further educate you and make sure your budget aligns with the project scope. Once you approve the project, we trigger our post-contract signing protocol which involves introducing you with your production manager and making sure he/she is brought up to date through our 30-60 minute contract huddle to make sure there's a solid hand-off and all information relating your project is passed on. In-house, we then coordinate material orders, schedule installation, and provide ongoing communication until your project is complete. Our goal is to make the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in exterior home remodeling, specializing in full-system replacements for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. We are trained directly by leading manufacturers such as CertainTeed, James Hardie, and Mastic, ensuring every installation follows strict manufacturer guidelines and qualifies for full warranty protection. We have made sure to get certified in all of our manufacturers to provide you with an extra layer of protection ----------> Access to their lifetime warranties, only available through certified installers. In addition, we stay current with industry standards through ongoing continuing education, product certification courses, building-science training, and safety programs. This combination of real-world experience and formal training allows us to deliver high-quality workmanship, accurate product knowledge, and long-lasting results you can trust.
