First, Alex arrived on time. Something I no longer take for granted. He got right to work, identified the problem, and fixed it. He tested several times to be sure the fix was a good one. He was very polite and articulate. I would happily ask for Alex’s help again if I need it. My first experience with thumbtack was an excellent one!!

Abrek was able to open the oil drain plug that was stuck shut with lock tight. Changed the oil, filter & spark plug all in a timely, professional manner. His rates were fair and reasonable. Would definitely hire him again!
