- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always clear and fair. I offer both hourly and fixed rates depending on the project. There are no hidden fees — all costs are discussed before starting the job. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a visit to inspect the project and discuss all the details. Then I provide a written estimate with materials and labor included. Once the client approves, I set a date and start the work on schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential and commercial maintenance, painting, and repair. I’ve completed several safety and equipment training programs to ensure professional quality and safety.
