I sought someone with a very tall ladder to replace a screen on a 3rd floor porch. Handyman PHD alone advised that the work could be done without the ladder. The quote was very reasonable. They advised that they would send Roman to do the work. Roman arrived within 5 minutes of the predicted arrival time, assessed the situation and got to work. Although he had to leave early because of a sudden health issue, he returned the following day when he said he would and completed the project professionally and well. I was completely satisfied -- indeed, most impressed -- with both Roman's work and with the company's responsiveness and professionalism.
