Mike realized we had the wrong part for the repair and went to home depot to purchase the correct part immediately and took the necessary time and effort to complete the repair. I appreciated his work ethic and professionalism.

I hired Mike with HITEC-TTS, LLC to mount an 82” TV. He had to take down the existing 65” TV and re-position the articulating TV mount. I also asked him to help me move and hang the 65” TV in another room and take down the old 55” TV in that room. Mike was very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. He would not take any more money than he quoted even though I had him do more work than he expected. I would definitely recommend HITEC-TTS, LLC and I plan on using their services for future work.

He was very responsive and got the work done quickly! I had a faulty screen door that my HOA flagged me about, and I needed it done rather soon as I had missed the first notice. He sent me pictures of the work being done the whole time (it was for a property I rent out to tenants, so I was not there myself). I felt reassured, and like I could depend on him to do the work well. I'd certainly hire him again!
