I was looking for help with losing weight- developing a fitness routine and changing my eating habits. My search brought me to Cheryl, and I am blessed to have found her. Talking to Cheryl is like talking to a friend rather than a coach. And she sees the bigger picture- the fact that it’s deeper than just “eating less and moving more” as I’ve been told so many times. Cheryl has been working with clients professionally in both medical and fitness settings for many years.
