- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard price is $150 an hour, each session being an hour long on average. So essentially it's $150 a session, but sometimes people want a longer session. We do offer a military discount with valid ID of $120 an hour, and a senior discount of $135 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part about the hypnotherapy process is making sure that my clients feel safe, and comfortable. I never do work with a client without first taking them through my approach and making sure that they are completely comfortable with the entire process. I also spend a fair amount of time double checking my work and making sure that the goals we have for our sessions are my clients' goals, not mine. It's surprisingly easy in the health industry (especially mental health) to assume that you know what's best for a client, but if you do that in hypnotherapy, you get incomplete results, or symptoms transfer into another problem. Because I spend the time to make sure that my work is targeting the right problems, and because I spend the time to double check for complications, I have results that are permanent in only a few sessions.
