My pricing is geared to a clients financial resources. Additionally, I reward clients with free sessions for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
to be 'present' for them; to assist in bringing more peace and quality into their lives and to accomplish this at a pace that they are comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Train-The-Trainer certifications with a Fortune 500 corporation - conducting workshops across the U.S.; Reiki Level III; Certified Therapeutic Massage Therspist; Transcendental Meditation;
20 years experience - delivering Stress Management workshops and Meditation seminars which include - Mindfulness, Mantras, Breathing techniques, Brain Gym, Visualization and others.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It wasn't necessarily my own decision! SPIRIT guided me along this path...

What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals that sincerely desire to find more peace, harmony and balance in their lives. For these clients, I provide immediate techniques for relaxation and stress reduction along with simple yet powerful tools for daily use. Additionally, I spend a portion of time up front to see if I am able to assist with their requests. This is a complimentary time to help them determine if I am the best choice and coach for them to achieve their long and short-term goals.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I conducted a brief "Introduction to Meditation" on the campus of a local university. Over 100 health care professionals and volunteers were presented with, what I might even call; an "organic-fast-food" approach to Meditation principles. The response was wonderful, as participants enjoyed the many exercises we explored. Even though the venue was about an hour, individuals approached me afterwards with encouraging feedback as to how powerful the workshop was for them. It's these types of comments that motivate me to continue in this extremely important work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meditation is as easy as your next breath. If you have time to breathe, you have time to meditate!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are they willing to take responsibility for their healing process? Will they follow through with exercises, readings and assignments that may be offered? How caring and dedicated is the professional - they are about to work with - to see them reach their full potential and personal goals...?
