NewRay Moving LLC helped me with my move today, and they did an amazing job! The team was very professional and arrived with all the necessary equipment for the move. They efficiently dismantled and reassembled my bed, and carefully packed and set up my TV. They were efficient with travel time and seamlessly moved the items in and out of their truck and out of the old home and into the new! No damage done to property in the process. Excellent customer service as well when I had some questions about the contract which they answered correctly and patiently. All in all, I had a great experience and would call them again for any future move.

We usually handle our moves ourselves, but this time we decided to hire movers for our localmove from a two-bedroom apartment, and Im so glad we did. This company had the lowest quote for three movers and a large truck. Their customer service via email was great they answered all our questions quickly and made booking easy.On moving day, the team was efficient, friendly, and got everything done without any issues. Our final cost ended up being slightly higher than the initial quote because the move took a bit longer than four hours and we ordered some supplies from them (like a TV box), but it still ended up being lower than other quotes we received and was within our budget. Their assistance sped up the process tremendously. Highly recommend!

The guys who showed up to move were kind and professional and they did a great job. And the time quoted was close to the time it took. My only criticism is of the estimator. At the time I booked I had not packed and I could not guess for the estimate how many boxes I would have—I was still packing when the movers arrived! So they estimated based on my one-bedroom condo, my photos, and furniture list. We were told we would fill roughly half a truck, and we filled up the whole truck, front to back and floor to ceiling! The movers were very creative in fitting everything they could inside. But I still have 6 loads of my Jeep to keep moving. I think the company needs a better tool to estimate cubic feet of storage in a truck by the square feet of house you are moving, rather than by the number of bedrooms and living room. It was just WAY off what they thought it would take. In the end, the job was done well and within my budget, and I had the least amount of stress during a move than I ever had previously.

Our company was looking for movers to help one of our customers move a big unit into her home. Ashley, was insanely polite from the first call to the last, and kept me updated with every move. Her team was punctual, very polite and finished the job in a timely manner. Impressive to say the least because of the size of the unit and the fact that it was going to an upstairs room.
