We look forward to meeting all prospective clients and welcome all projects, no matter the size. If you have any questions and aren’t ready to book, please email us or feel free to text us directly using the contact method on our website. We are charged for every inquiry through the Thumbtack app. 4 hour minimum for NEW clients (required). No matter how small the project is, we require at minimum 4 hours or the cost will be the same, if less hours are used. We have a small team of 6 organizers. We suggest sharing photos/videos and providing as much detail as possible for all projects. This helps us get an idea of timing. LUXX is fully licensed and insured! Feel free to request our “proof of insurance” before booking.

Had a pretty last minute move come up and needed help getting my apartment packed up. Luxx was the perfect choice. They got back to quickly and had great communication. Due to work and school I had almost no time to pack up myself. Thankfully I was able to find a great service to help me with my move. Everything was packed thoroughly and with care. If I ever find myself in a similar position I would absolutely hire them again

I worked with Sylvia who was amazing! Not only a valued experience but extremely pleasant one. I’m working my way back from a flood in a two bedroom apartment downsizing to a one bedroom & couldn’t face the holidays in the mess I was in. The best was finding someone I could WORK WITH & not take over because I knew where things should go & how to fit them, but as a senior couldn’t do it myself. It’s not even worth it to show the mess before-I’m so pleased with the outcome-the walk-in pantry closet is fully functional & all my Christmas decorations are up! Just a wonderful experience & will be working with Sylvia again & recommending LUXX to friends & family not only in the DMV area but also NYC. The Best!
