We look forward to meeting all prospective clients and welcome all projects, no matter the size. If you have any questions and aren’t ready to book, please email us or feel free to text us directly using the contact method on our website. We are charged for every inquiry through the Thumbtack app. 4 hour minimum for NEW clients (required). No matter how small the project is, we require at minimum 4 hours or the cost will be the same, if less hours are used. We have a small team of 6 organizers. We suggest sharing photos/videos and providing as much detail as possible for all projects. This helps us get an idea of timing. LUXX is fully licensed and insured! Feel free to request our “proof of insurance” before booking.

I had such a great experience with this packing service. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly responsive. They got back to me quickly when I initially reached out, followed up, and were very flexible when I needed to make adjustments to the date. And the packers themselves (Silvia and Helen) were lovely. They were professional, open, kind, engaging, and they moved! They worked quickly, but what I really appreciated was that they weren’t just indiscriminately tossing things into boxes to get the job done. There was clearly a system to how they packed. They asked questions, checked in with me about different items, and made sure things were packed thoughtfully and well. They even helped me bring some of the packing supplies in from my car (because my knee was injured), which they absolutely didn’t have to do but was very much appreciated. Moving and packing can be incredibly stressful, and having people in your home going through all of your things can add another layer to that. They made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. They were personable without slowing down, careful without being inefficient, and professional without being impersonal. What could have been a very stressful day ended up being so much easier because of them. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs help packing.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Luxx Packing! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. Silvia and Belen were especially fantastic — they handled all of my fragile items with such care and attention to detail. I felt completely at ease knowing my breakables were in good hands. They also packed the majority of my kitchen quickly and thoughtfully, making what is usually the most overwhelming part of a move feel seamless. Everything was wrapped securely and organized beautifully. I truly couldn’t have asked for better help during such a busy time. Highly recommend Luxx Packing — and if you can request Silvia and Belen, do it!
