- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $80 per hour with a 5-hour minimum for all in-home projects. I specialize in larger decluttering, home organizing, moving unpacking, and occupied home staging projects where we can make meaningful progress. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project dates. For projects scheduled over multiple sessions, the deposit reserves all scheduled appointments. The remaining balance is due at the end of each completed session. Some larger or more complex projects may require multiple sessions. If additional help or heavy lifting is needed, it will always be discussed and approved before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a conversation. I ask clients to send photos of their space and a brief description of their goals so I can understand the scope of the project. Based on the photos, I recommend the best starting plan, estimate the number of sessions, explain my pricing, scheduling, and booking policy, and answer any questions before we begin. Once the project is booked, I arrive with a clear plan and work side-by-side with my clients to create practical organizing systems and lasting results.

I combine hands-on experience in professional home organizing, decluttering, moving unpacking, and occupied home staging with a strong background in art and design. My artistic eye helps me create spaces that are not only organized but also functional, visually balanced, and welcoming. I continue learning through every project and work closely with each client to create personalized organizing systems that fit their lifestyle.
