FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $80 per hour with a 5-hour minimum session. I focus on larger decluttering and home organizing projects, and many projects may require multiple sessions depending on the size and scope of the job. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment, and the remaining balance is due at the end of each session. If the project requires heavy lifting, moving many items, or a second person/helper, the price may be adjusted before booking. I do not offer small 1–2 hour jobs or quick one-hour tasks. My work is best suited for larger projects, full-room resets, moving preparation, unpacking, or multiple-session organizing help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to send photos and a short description of the space and their goals. Then I estimate the best session length and explain the price, deposit, and availability. During the session, we sort, declutter, group items by category, organize the space, and create a system that is easier to maintain. My goal is to make the space more functional, calm, and visually organized — not just “cleaned up” for one day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in decluttering, home organization, room resets, and light staging. I also have an art and design background, which helps me see layout, balance, color, and visual flow in a space. I continue learning through staging, organizing, and design resources so I can offer both practical organization and a more beautiful final result.
