Erik was a fantastic realtor who was honest and open, a great communicator (answering calls or texts anytime of day), and overall just a nice guy to work with. The Arlington market is tough, but Erik is a master negotiator. He was able to sell our townhome the day it went on the market for above asking and help find us a house under asking.He even went further to recommend us an amazing contractor who we used to remodel our lower level space. He truly had great recommendations for anything and everything!

Erik made the whole process so easy. We were looking to sell our older home, a challenge to say the least. Erik answered all (many, many, many) our questions with humor and great patience and guided us through every step. If you are planning to sell your home, I strongly recommend you call Erik Weisskopf of Re/Max. I selected Erik based on his helpful approach to my initial questions and I found him to be extremely supportive throughout the entire sales process. He was always responsive to my calls and provided guidance throughout the process. He often raised and provided guidance on issues not addressed by me due to my lack of experience. Erik was always available to me by phone when I needed him and with his support I found the entire sales process much less stressful than anticipated.
