Erik is great to work with and helped me sell my house quickly. He knew what buyers in the current market are looking for and advised me accordingly, but left the decisions to me. I followed every one of his recommendations and we got a great contract the first weekend. Erik has lots of relationships in the community, and as a result is able to make recommendations for maintenance and repair folks who understand the urgency of preparing a home for sale. All around I had a very good, minimal stress experience working with him.

We had a great experience with Erik. He gave us great advice on what we should and should not do to get our home ready for market. He was able to set us up with the right people to help us prepare our home. Erik did a great job helping us find the right price and strategy to go to market and our home sold right away. Often overlooked are the number of issues that come up between contract and closing. Erik was able to either handle them for us or help walk us through them. If you are planning to sell your home, I strongly recommend you call Erik Weisskopf of Re/Max. I selected Erik based on his helpful approach to my initial questions and I found him to be extremely supportive throughout the entire sales process. He was always responsive to my calls and provided guidance throughout the process. He often raised and provided guidance on issues not addressed by me due to my lack of experience.
