It was a blessing to find Derek on Thumb Tack. I needed several (18) window screens replaced before the summer. He responded promptly to my inquiry and followed up with a phone call. He provided a quote over the phone which beat all the competitors and when I booked him for the job he was punctual and professional. Derek did a great job. He worked out of driveway and finished much faster than I expected. I would hire him again and refer him to my friends and family needing his service. He's so professional. Responded very quickly, arrived on time. Took the window screen frames and door outside to get the screens fixed properly and came back put them back. He helped adjusting the twisted screen door (which's a headache for me for a while),also helped looking at my other window problems! The whole process was clean, fast and professional! Thank you:)
