He was responsive, punctual, and thorough. I shared what I thought was the problem, but after he assessed the job, I didn't need everything I was requesting. Having a technician who is more concerned with the clients' needs and not focused on money is a bonus. I loved the integrity and the quality of the work.

I contacted Saint Roach and Rodent Services LLC and was hoping they could come out to help us with a mouse. Tim was free to service my home the next day, a holiday, and was very responsive. He kept me updated throughout the day so I would know when he was on the way. He truly provides value and makes you feel at ease even when you are in need of pest control.
