I contacted Saint Roach and Rodent Services LLC and was hoping they could come out to help us with a mouse. Tim was free to service my home the next day, a holiday, and was very responsive. He kept me updated throughout the day so I would know when he was on the way. He truly provides value and makes you feel at ease even when you are in need of pest control.

Tim was a complete professional when offering his services to me. When he came, he explained everything he was doing. He explained his findings in good detail, and explained in equally good detail, how he was going to resolve the issues. His pricing was very reasonable. He does his invoicing and payment transactions online for total convenience. I highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Tim. He arrived on time and was ready to tackle the problem. After inspecting the property, he quickly identified the troublesome areas and gave me a fair quote. We worked together to lay down traps in the problem areas and he showed me how to prevent future infestations. Since Tim’s visit, we have successfully trapped the remaining pests and I have not seen any since. I highly recommend Tim's services if you're dealing with a pest problem.
