Before going to Soupar as a personal trainer I had tried gyms, workout videos, and morning boot camps. All of them ended up being incredibly boring, and when it's boring it's not effective. Soupar know how to keep the workouts interesting and effective. He took the time to talk to me and figure out my goals, then crafted a carefully planned routine. And the plan is not rigid, but is tailored to address any issues that may occur during the time between visits. I credit him with helping get my weight down, my cholesterol in control, and helping get off the medication that the doctor put me on. Outside of sessions Soupar keeps track of all of his clients regarding exercise and diet. Overall he is a consummate professional who takes the goals seriously, while keeping the journey fun.Nov 3, 2015
Soup is great guy. Takes his time to explain and prepare. His trainings are very challenging, but feel right and his schedule is flexible to my needs.Jun 6, 2017Verified
Soup is a very dedicated trainer who goes out of his way to help his clients succeed. He's always available for nutrition or workout advice outside of scheduled training sessions and even provides personalized incentives to reach your goals. The gym itself can be very loud, and sometimes lacks privacy for sessions. Even though the building may seem a little dingy on the outside, the inside is always very clean and well-equipped. Overall, I've had a great experience! I would highly recommend Soup to everyone I know.May 24, 2016Verified
Soup is an awesome trainer and motivator. He's constantly changing up my workout so that my body doesn't get complacent. The weight is coming off faster than I thought it would. I highly recommend hiring Soup as your trainer.Mar 29, 2016Verified
