Josh is GREAT! I was 6 weeks post partum when I started working with him. He was very good about easing me in to a routine and making sure the exercises were appropriate for my still healing body. Josh was my personal trainer for about a year and a half. He trained me twice a week. I have had a number of trainers over the years, and I was in the best shape of my life when I worked with Josh. He pushed me hard, but appropriately so. Not only did he focus on my physical fitness journey, he focused on my eating habits as they related to the work I was doing in the gym to ensure I was eating enough to gain muscle and see progress. Josh helped me put together a workout routine that was both fun and challenging. He made it very easy to stay motivated, but always kept me pushing myself. I saw better gains working with Josh than I ever did on my own. He really took the time to make sure I was getting results from the exercises that I was doing and switched it up enough to keep me from getting into a rut. I never felt that I was being asked to do something that my body couldn't handle, and at the same time had to put a lot of effort into getting a sets done.
