Josh is GREAT! I was 6 weeks post partum when I started working with him. He was very good about easing me in to a routine and making sure the exercises were appropriate for my still healing body. He is super responsive, quick to reply, flexible and a great price. I was sort of nervous doing the work outs virtually but it’s easy and convenient. I am so pleased with how far my body has come thanks to Josh and plan on keeping him in my workout routine!

I have worked with Josh for eight months and during that time he has helped me achieve an 18% weight loss and my personal goal of a normal BMI! It is obvious he has experience and is committed to fitness. He is very conscientious about form and checking-in to avoid injury. He offers a variety of exercises to keep it interesting and he works at finding your edge where you can get the best results. I am grateful for his flexibility and willingness to accommodate my ever-changing work schedule which has helped me stay the course. Choosing to work toward better health is the absolute best investment for your money, be proactive! It changes every aspect of your life. Josh is an excellent guide to help you get there.

Josh was my personal trainer for about a year and a half. He trained me twice a week. I have had a number of trainers over the years, and I was in the best shape of my life when I worked with Josh. He pushed me hard, but appropriately so. Not only did he focus on my physical fitness journey, he focused on my eating habits as they related to the work I was doing in the gym to ensure I was eating enough to gain muscle and see progress. Josh has a good personality for the work he does - he's confident but not arrogant about it. I'd highly recommend him.

I worked with Josh as my personal trainer for several years. Josh did a great job with coming up with new routines and workouts to keep things fresh. He always took into account my challenge areas and pushed me when nessecary. I also brought friends with me to sessions and he came up with great partner workouts! My favorite saying of his, Don't be a cupcake! I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for an awesome trainer and person!
