D&D responded to my thumbtack request within minutes. The Plummer arrived. In an hour and a half. He assessed the problem and gave me an estimate. I said ok but when could he do it? It was about 6 pm. He replied today. I was amazed. He set right to work. Disassembling my broken water heater Then he left to pick up the replacement and associated parts. He returned and installed it

My grandmother woke up this morning to no hot water, literally not a single drop came from the faucet but the cold water still ran, leaving us to question what was actually wrong with her gas, electric hot water heater. I immediately went to the web to search for the best plumber I could find because all other plumbers she had previously hired over the years were either outrageous in costs or didn’t do the job correctly, in fact her electric hot water heater was just serviced a month ago and it costed more then all the work this family owned business provided. He immediately looked at everything and said everything looked good on the outside, it was set to the right temperature which lead him to believe a pipe was frozen, sure enough he cut off the pipe and it was filled with ice. He then personally went to the store purchased a new copper pipe, installed it and would not leave until she had hot water fluently flowing through her faucets. He asked for an extremely reasonable price for a considerable amount of work, my grandmother haggled him down on the price but because he did such an amazing job she paid him the original cost he had asked for. He was very professional, very polite, explained the entire process in a professional manner and he took his time making sure the job was done correctly. My grandmother is in a wheelchair so he took pictures of everything he had done to show her since she couldn’t get back there herself. Hands down best plumber we’ve yet to hire and I can guarantee that this family owned business will be hired again for all our future plumbing needs! Thank you, again!
