I woke up Thanksgiving morning with no hot water and I searched in thumbtack for someone to come out and take a look. Even though it was a holiday, K&J was the first to to respond (within a few minutes). Kelvin came out to have a look and diagnose the problem. I needed a new water heater and he was able to find everything I needed from Home Depot, pick it up and install it over the holiday weekend. He was quick, efficient and was excellent in communicating every step of the process. Would definitely work with again!
