Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: What do I enjoy most of this job? Absolutely everything. From removing the first screw all the way to handing the phone back to the customer, I enjoy every bit. It’s the best feeling in the world to see a customers face after they receive their device back in pristine condition after it has been shattered to bits.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When it comes to the quality of the parts I use for each repair, I can guarantee I offer the absolute best price for the best screens. Not only that, FREE accessories are handed out after the repair! I’m not a supporter of businesses that use terrible parts for low prices because at the end of the day, your device will end up worse than it started. It’s best to get it done right the first time. Like I said before, the parts I use are the best of the best and I stand by my work. If there is an issue with your replacement part (glitchy screen, no touch response, etc), I will gladly replace it for another new screen. This doesn’t cover any damage done by the customer after the repair. Issues like this rarely happen but it’s good to know that you’re paying for the best and not getting a cheap knock-off screen.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been intrigued on how mobile device parts work together to form a great final product and this interest made me want to learn more and more about mobile devices until eventually I learned everything there was to know about them and the only thing left to do was start repairing them. Everything just kept on rolling from there.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Some advise I would give to a customer looking to hire a repair tech would be to check that the parts that the technician is using for the repair are high quality because may technicians go for cheaper parts that result in poor quality repairs.
