Hello! My name is Robbie and I own and operate Pro Care Carpet Cleaning. After working at a major carpet cleaning company for 7 years, I decided In January of 2021 to start my own operation.
I specialize in an eco friendly cleaning method that allows your carpets to dry in 2-4 hours. My cleaning solution does not leave sticky soapy residue behind. When you use Pro Care, your carpet stay cleaner longer.
I also specialize in pet urine odor removal. If you have any pet odor issues, I will take a black light into your home and the accidents will reveal themselves under the UV light. this way, I can treat each individual stain to completely knock out the odor.
I'm able to clean area rugs in your home. I use less moisture than I do carpet cleaning to make sure that your hardwood floors will not get wet. My cleaning chemistry is wool safe and green!
If you have any upholstery that needs cleaned, my fabric safe cleaning chemistry will make an incredible difference in the appearance and remove any foul odors.

Robbie took a 10 year old carpet and made it look BRAND NEW. We hired him because we moved into a place and needed the carpetscleaned. He arrived on time, explained the process and asked us to give him a walkthrough of any spots that really need a lot of attention. Once we did that he did his thing. He said the carpets would dry in 5-7 hours but we just waited until the next day to use them and they looked and felt great. He also uses better cleaning products from what I can tell. We would not hesitate to hired Robbie again.

Robbie is amazing!! He was on time and very prepared. He did an amazing job on the carpets and an even better job on our upholstery. We had not thought to request him clean our bar stools and dining room table chairs, but he had done such great work with the carpets we asked if he could. He cleaned ten chairs in the spot for a great price. We will definitely be using the service again!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carpet cleaning start at $60 per room. This includes a complimentary hospital grade disinfectant. If you have pet urine problems, I have a urine odor removal treatment that guarantees odor removal. This is $49 per treatment. One treatment covers a 3x3 area. If you would like stain guard, that's an additional $20 per area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm as transparent as humanly possible. I follow a very thorough process of my cleaning, and I set realistic expectations for all of my customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years experience cleaning carpet, area rugs, tile, and upholstery.
