I needed my carpetscleaned because I have pets and my carpet shampoo was not strong enough. Her and her husband showed up on time and got to work immediately. I would highly recommend her and her husband they did an excellent job my carpet looks new they both went be of and beyond the job very professional and affordable I am very impressed both are veterans and their work ethic is that of military style clean

I did steam cleaning on the carpet and maid service. Matisa and her crews did a wonderful job. Specially bathroom and kitchen, she made it spotless. They also made my new basement dust free. I would highly recommend them.

It's not easy to find someone to do a move-out cleaning with carpetcleaning on a Saturday, not to mention the day before New Year's Eve. The crew showed up on time and took care of everything, including stain removal from the carpet. Money well spent!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing based on square footage, service and whether a property is heavily soiled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we discuss the goals of the customer and what services they desire. Then we determine the best time to place them on the schedule. On the day of scheduled service, we walk through the property(home/business) to confirm services and expectations. We perform services and invite customers in for a walk through to determine satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our house cleaners are HCT certified and our carpet technicians are certified via IICRC.
