I highly recommend this company for your floor cleaning and polishing needs. They were attentive, on time, and had excellent communication. They even noticed areas around the base board that needed painting and did that for me the same day as well. My business floors look gorgeous! I’ve already asked to set up a maintenance appointment with them this fall as with a lot of foot traffic, they will need upkeep every quarter. Excellent+

Francisco and his father came on time and did incredible work. My brick floor was very dirty after I rented my house for 7 years. They were both professional and very fast and hardworking. The value was excellent as well. I will be asking them to come back again for a regular cleaning.

We operate a small family owned private school in Northern Virginia and the services offered from G&F Cleaning and Flooring Services have been exceptional.
Recently we had our classroom carpets deep cleaned and our floors waxed/buffed and their work was phenomenal! Employees are respectful, kind, and hard working. Francisco, the owner, is very personable. He is quick to respond and really makes sure that his customers are satisfied.

Our future customers need to know that we will try our best to work with everyones budget and accommodate with their needs! We work differently than most competitors. We have grown our business based on word of mouth referrals. We are distinguished for quality and fair pricing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step we take, is reach out to the potential customer via a phone call to do the introduction of ourself and to hear what the customer needs and expectations are. We always prefer to schedule a walkthrough of the area that the customer would like to have work done! This gives us an opportunity to get a clear picture and understanding of the project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in the industry. I worked for over 10 years for a well known commercial cleaning company in the area as Quality Inspector Manager. I have meticulously and thoroughly trained my team to deliver top of the line service to our customers! We sure know how the end results of a good cleaning should look like!
