Prices are per cooking gathering package or by instruction. Prices can be found via the website, email, phone
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, first of all I describe for 34+ years in the industry. I share my portfolio of qualifications. I am fully insured and certified to teach culinary arts. I consult with my clients to plan together the needs of the event. I teach one-on-one instruction, teenagers, family gatherings, social cooking gatherings, team building via cooking a meal together. The kitchen is the venue for cohesive, social fun while learning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation of women chefs. My grandmother owned and was the chef of her Italian NY restaurant, Amatos, for 47 years. My mother was the same for her French restaurant, the Rose Cottage, for 28 years. And so, it is in me. I have worked in every area of the restaurant food service from delis to cake decorating, pastry chef, personal chef,chef instructor and HS Culinary Arts instructor since 2009. My passion in the kitchen is contagious.
