Our Pet WORX sitter, Inga, came over for a meet and greet with our animals prior to scheduling our first pet sitting engagement. She is very knowledgeable about animals and took the time to get to know our two cats and one dog, their preferences and routines. She clearly laid out the pricing structure and how she planned to address our pets’ needs. While we were away she kept us updated through the app, which let us know the details of her visit. On our return all the animals were happy and well-adjusted. From our experience with other pet care services, it was clear to us that our Pet Worx sitter had provided them with attention and high-quality care. Very happy - we will definitely be using this service again!

Palstride did a wonderful job caring for my 2 (and a half :)) cats while I was out of the country. I am using them again for a second time without hesitation, and will use them again in the future. Loved the journal entries and assurance that all did as well as possible during my absence.

We love Inga and her NoVA Petsters team! The entire process from the initial consultation to the end of the service was really top notch. We were impressed with her level of professionalism and her promptness in time for the visits. Our fur kiddos adore her and she’s just phenomenal. We’ve had bad experiences in the past in hiring from Rover (even with sitters with high reviews)! We are extremely happy with Inga, 4 paws up!!!

NoVA Petsters helped out in a pinch after a less than stellar boarding experience for my dog. He got to stay in the comforts of his home and had an incredible sitter. She even went above and beyond to get his food when the delivery was late. Amazing team!
