If I could have chosen all 5 of the options for rating Upstate Electric, I would have! I was contacted quickly, and the technician, Andrew, worked with us to set up a convenient time as quickly as possible to solve our problem. When he came (on time) he was efficient and did the job professionally, obviously knowing what needed to be done. And, he did not leave until he knew everything was working right. He also made sure we understood that if there was an issue, let him know and he would come back. We have him in our phone now as a contact. If we need help with anything electrical, we will be calling Upstate Electric!

I hired Andrew to resolve a wiring issue with my lamp post that was not turning on and replace the post head. He is a really great electrician and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the electrical issue with my lamp post and he replaced the post head. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend him. I’ve included some before and after pictures.
