Mike was fantastic in every way. He responded to my call right away and came out that day to do an inspection. He treated our moderate bed bug infestation and after two treatments, we are no longer getting bitten. I can finally sleep with peace of mind thanks to Mike. Mike came out on a Sunday night to inspect place for bed bugs. Once he found them he changed his schedule in order to take care of the problem the next day. His pricing is extremely reasonable and he's a genuinely good guy. I highly recommend him for any work.

I had a moderate bed bug infestation and a daughter with a bug phobia. Mike was quick to respond. He came out to asses and even came by my work to speak to me. Next day he was back to spray. He came back a couple of times because of a mixup with box spring covers. He checked our beds and sprayed my daughters once again and put the covers on the box springs. Since then we have not seen anything. He is coming back tomorrow for a routine check. Mike went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I definitely would recommend his services.

I was nervous about having bed bugs and didn't know what to do. Mike came to my home and inspected. He advised me of the cost and what I needed to do before treatment. He came back to do his job and assured me he would be back to check. I would highly recommend this company for any pest problem one could have. Mike is the best!

I work for a hotel and came upon the need for extermination. After calling Mike Anderson he was there at the property the same day. We were having our first experience with roaches. While giving my free estimate he informed me we had a case of termites. Something that would have gone unnoticed if not for mike. Mike is super friendly, he explained that his chemicals are safe and made my guests feel extremely comfortable. After just one treatment he stood by his work 100 percent, he even told us to give guests his personal number incase there was any issue while he was off sight. The guests and I completely trust Mike for having so much assurance in his extermination. Being a hotel with a lot going on we had to reschedule with same day notice twice even though mike was traveling from about 2 hours away he was very understanding, patient, and even came back the next morning. During this time I brought critters back to my home from work. Mike treated my home the same day for a great price and I am happy with his work! I will only use Mike in the future!
