Kelly's fitness group is excellent! She is positive and motivating. The class I attend is only one day a week, but she continues to encourage her participants throughout the week. The instruction is individualized to fitness level and areas of need!

Great workouts!! Very motivating and educational! I feel so good after a workout with Kelly and feel prepared and excited for my workouts during the week. Kelly touches base with me several times during the week with energizing reminders and ideas that keep me going until I see her again!

Kelly is so knowledgeable and energetic it is a joy to work out with her! I highly recommend Kelly to get you in shape ...but also to help you with good choices about food...Kelly is someone who truly believes in "fitness for life"!

I have really enjoyed my exercise sessions with Mrs. Shannon. Our small group is a lively bunch, and for me at times. its very motivating to work out with friends while having fun. I have also found valuable the guidance on healthy eating as well continuing our exercises at home with homework routines.

I initially joined Kelly's workout group as something fun to do with my co-workers, but it has really gotten me into a fitness routine over the weeks. I am seeing great results in my body and I feel stronger than I was before I began doing these workouts. Kelly is always very encouraging and has a great ability to put you at ease no matter the level of your physical ability. It is clear she has a passion for helping people learn healthy lifestyles, and I would recommend Fitness For Life to anyone!
