FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Free, no-pressure quotes. We price by project (not hourly) so you know the total before we start. -Transparent + itemized. Labor, materials, and prep are listed separately—no surprise fees. -What affects price: size (sq. ft.), surface condition/prep, material/finish selected, access (occupied spaces/ceilings), and timeline. -Change orders: any mid-project changes are approved in writing first, so you stay in control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quick intake – Send photos or book a short visit. We confirm scope, budget, and timing. 2. On-site assessment – Measure, check surfaces, note repairs, and discuss finishes/colors. 3. Written proposal – Clear scope, prep steps, materials, timeline, and fixed project price. 4. Scheduling + prep – We protect floors, furniture, and vents; communicate the daily plan. 5. Execution – Clean, consistent workmanship (patch/float/sand, prime, paint; precise LVP/laminate install; waterproofed tile). Daily progress updates. 6. Final walk-through, you inspect with us; we handle touch-ups, clean thoroughly, then close out with care tips.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Hands-on training in interior finishes, learning proper prep, surface repair, and finish systems on real jobs. -Manufacturer-guided methods for paint systems, LVP/laminate installation, and tile waterproofing (following specs for primers, adhesives, underlayments, and grouts). -Safety-first approach (dust control, ventilation, PPE) and jobsite protection standards to keep homes clean and safe.
