I hired Tony Tan to completely renovate a small bathroom. It involved removing everything in the room (down to the beams and starting new.....removing tub, creating easier to enter shower, re-tiling, new vanity, toilet, shelves and fixtures. I also hired him to replace my air conditioner (outdoor component/compressor) for central air unit. The inside heating unit did not require replacement. The living area and a hallway were repainted following the bathroom remodeling. As a surprise to me, Tony installed a new ceiling fan (with dimmer light and remote) in my living area. A number of miscellaneous repairs such as installing blinds, fixing doorbell, replacing a fallen brick and a segment of siding that had worked lose, installing kitchen lights etc., were all completed as part of the overall project. I have asked for estimates on building a deck and replacing roofing on a shed......plan to use Tony and his crew to have this work done a bit later. Tony bases his prices on the amount of labor he expects a job to require, and includes prices for contractor grade paint, supplies etc. If you choose to upgrade on tile, fixtures, floors etc. you get the extra charge. If you want to go to Habitat and get surplus items at a reduced charge (I bet he'd use those to help you economise), although I didn't actually ask. He's just the kind of guy who listens to what you say you want, tries to find reasonable options that work for you, and does his best to make it happen, while earning a fair income. I hired in early March 2017, expecting the work to be completed while I was vacationing with my family the second week of April. Tony sent pictures or videos of the work done each day. He texted when his people were in the house and when they left for the day. The bathroom project had a firm beginning and ending date and deadlines were met. My only suggestion for improvement would be this: set a deadline for when the total project will be finished. The weather affected the timeliness of my fence repair, and my very demanding work schedule added some challenges. Also, Tony works on multiple jobs simultaneously and this means big jobs can become the priority and the finishing of smaller tasks can be postponed a little longer than is necessary. Still, I am very pleased with the improvements to my property and plan to hire for future projects.

Kenny and team removed a tree and shrubbery along our property line before grading and sodding the yard. They did an excellent job at a very competitive price.

These guys were fantastic. They demolished a large stone house, backfilled, graded the land and finished with seed and straw. They were quick and professional and had the best price. They were pleasant to work with and kept me up to date on the project with photos when I couldn't be there. I highly recommend.

Jose did a fall cleanup and planting. Cutting back grass, luropi, day lilies, tall hollies were cut rounded as requested, soil was added to improve grading, mums were put in and mulch all around. He did a great job, was pleasant and I will hire him again.

EDS installed new downspout drains (about 100 linear feet) in some very tricky and tight spots to better divert roof runoff. Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and responsive, and kept in good contact by email and phone. They used high quality materials (connectors, pipes, cleanouts) and the crew did an excellent install (they left the site better than they found it). Professional grade work, and I highly recommend them.

We needed some grading work done in order to install a swing set. We spent quite a bit of time over the last few months asking for ideas and quotes w/o any landscapers giving us much confidence in a good plan. A friend recommended Chris and he came up w very practical approach which will allow the area to perform as even more than just the playset grounds. The project was completed quickly and efficiently, and we are very happy w the results! We plan on using him for future landscape projects as well.

I needed to have a sunken area in our yard filled and leveled and an embankment cleared and graded. Kevin Johnson and his crew performed the work above and beyond my expectations. The yard and embankment now look awesome thanks to you and your crew.

I hired Lissa's Landscaping to apply compost and mulch in foundation beds as well as several large, neglected older shrub areas. From the initial conversation to the final product I am completely satisfied with the professional service provided. The scope of the project was clarified in person and the price was very reasonable. The crew was polite, hard-working and easy to work with. The team took care in spreading the material and also looked out for the lawn and driveway with the hauling required. I will work with Lissa Landscaping again based on the great product and experience.
