- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a firefighter owned company we take pride in being the best contractor you can hire. We offer 10% discounts for fire/ EMS, military, and law enforcement
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will meet with the customer and take a look at the job that needs to be done. This is followed by a quote in around 24hrs. Once that is approved work is started.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started as a hobby woodworker and from there developed into a business model and just began growing from there. This year we added lawn care and landscaping to our business model.
