- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique and pricing is based on the specific characteristics of every project. We do free in-house estimates. We offer 5% off for military and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process consist of scheduling a free in-house estimate, go over all the specific details of the project and provide as much information as we can about the process, and pricing. Once the customer has approved the estimate then a starting date is set, and a contract is signed. Once the project is completed, a walkthrough is done with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company has been working on hardwood floors since 2007. Marlon (owner) was an installer/refinisher before starting the business, and has a double major in business management and biology. Juan (owner) has been in the flooring/construction business since 2000.
