FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of service and the size or scope of the project. Cleaning and organizing services are typically based on the size of the home, the level of detail required, and whether the service is a standard maintenance clean, deep clean, or organizing session. Interior styling services are priced based on the space and the level of design guidance needed. Mobile notary services follow Virginia guidelines, with a set fee per notarization plus a mobile travel fee depending on location. I’m always happy to provide a clear quote before scheduling so there are no surprises. Discounts may be available for recurring cleaning services or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I start by learning a little about what they’re looking for so I can recommend the best service. Many clients send a quick description or photos of the space or documents they need help with, and I’m happy to answer any questions before scheduling. Once we confirm the details, we schedule a convenient appointment time. For home services such as cleaning, organizing, or styling, I arrive prepared with the necessary supplies and work carefully to ensure the space feels refreshed, functional, and comfortable. For mobile notary services, I meet clients at their home, office, or another agreed location and guide them through the notarization process efficiently. My goal is always to provide reliable, thoughtful service and make the process simple and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began cleaning for friends and family in high school, later growing it into a side business during college before transitioning into a fully structured professional service. My experience is hands-on and built over years of refining systems, improving efficiency, and delivering consistent, high quality results. I also have done a variety of organizational jobs since starting my business, including interior styling and decluttering. I have been a commissioned notary public in the state of Virginia since 2019, working at estate planning law firms, closing offices, and credit unions. I have experience notarizing a variety of documents.
