- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices as low as I possibly can. I will always tell you upfront and there will never be any hidden fee’s. I do offer free estimates for all my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My self and Rich have attended many training classes through our full time jobs as building maintenance technicians at a local apartment complex. We can trouble shoot and repair most issues when it comes to regular home appliances, patio’s, hot water tanks, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have done this kind of work ever since I was 15 years old. Mainly learned most of what I know through my own father and this is why I prefer quality over quantity. He always told me do the job right the first time and you don’t have to work double! I do enjoy what I do and there is no job to small.
