- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three different packages (with different prices) These packages include: picture template with custom text, text to phone, email and air drop. Setup and travel, virtual props, props, Live video, Live gallery, backdrops, GIF’s Digital album and more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has decided to book, we will forward a rental agreement for all the details about their event, different template sizes and an invoice for a $100 deposit. Final payment is due one week prior to the event. We will start the design process,I’ll provide three different template designs for the event. Once the design is done, we will email to client for approval and setup the time of arrival and setup time.
